Your First Visit
Once you arrive for your appointment, please come to the front desk where you will be checked in. We start your appointment by discussing your medical and dental health. Our goal as a treatment provider is to gain an overall understanding of the state of your mouth and help you reach your treatment goals.
What to Expect
Once you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted by a member of our admin team where you will be checked in. Our goal as your treatment provider is to gain not only an understanding of your dental health and treatment goals but also an understanding of your previous medical history. At West Grande Prairie Dental, you are never just another patient, which is why we take the time to get to know you and your specific dental care needs.
If you are unable to take advantage of our pre-fill form option, we will ask that you arrive 20-30 minutes early to your appointment.
What to Bring
Your time is valuable to us, to save time, bring along any recent x-rays you have. You can also use the links provided to complete and securely submit your patient information forms so that our receptionist has them when you arrive.
